The BME Durango Purgatory event will take place in the majestic San Juan Mountains of Colorado. Racers can expect two big days of racing, including big backcountry stages on Saturday. Official practice will take place on Thursday and Friday, with racing action on Saturday and Sunday. The Purgatory Bike Park features quality downhill terrain at Purgatory Resort near Durango, Colorado and is an established pathway to over 400 miles of high alpine singletrack for hard core mountain bike enthusiasts. Note that e-bikes are NOT allowed in the Durango backcountry on USFS trails, so e-bike categories will only race on Sunday within Purgatory Bike Park.

There is NO camping allowed at Purgatory Resort, so please plan your accommodations or sleeping arrangements in advance.
