The Crown Team is dedicated to fostering a collaborative team environment within the context of an otherwise individual sport. Our program is designed for riders who share a passion for growth and are eager to learn together.
The Team provides a structured space for riders who want to dissect lines, fine-tune body position, and build endurance. Our goal is to support every athlete in their pursuit of going further, faster, and higher.
Our program is designed to go beyond downhill riding; we are committed to training comprehensively to help every participant become a more well-rounded athlete.
The curriculum will include a diverse range of disciplines, including stretching, body-weight strength training, climbing, and air awareness, in addition to our core downhill sessions. To support this holistic approach, we utilize coaches from a variety of professional backgrounds to effectively scaffold instruction and meet each athlete's specific needs.

At Crown, we are proud to offer several specialized options for girls-only riding. While mountain biking is often a male-dominated sport, we recognize that this can sometimes create a barrier to entry for girls of all ages. Although we acknowledge the many benefits of co-ed sports, we believe that providing separate groups is an essential way to encourage more girls to get on bikes.
Our mission through these programs is to teach young women to stand tall and never "shrink-to-fit." The Crown Girl Groups are comprised of gritty, overwhelmingly positive, and inspiring young women who support one another on and off the trails.
There is no expectation of formal competition for the group; our primary purpose is to bond over our shared interests and enjoy the experience together.
However, we will certainly be making the rounds at the races this year. For those who do choose to compete, the team will be there to enthusiastically provide support and ensure everyone has a great time.
